My 2 year old son went for his swine flu vaccine today.

A few hours later the Health Centre phoned to tell me he had wrongly been given twice the normal dose - 0.5ml instead of 0.25ml ie the adult dose.

I have tried hard to find any information on overdose for the vaccine and even the govt sites say - No overdose information available.

Im worried. He has shown no ill effects. Will add anything if it develops.

4th March 2010

He has had frequent soiled nappies. This is uncommon for him. Also very irritable. May be the terrible twos. Still cant find any overdose info on the net.

6th March

Large ulcer inside lower lip. Very clingy.
